The Westgate Hills Civic Association meets once every quarter (March, June, September, December)
on the first Monday of the month. Meetings are held at 7:30 PM in the basement
of St. Matthews Church located on the corner of Glen Gary Road and West Chester Pike.
The church basement has been made available at no cost to the civic association for several
years by the pastor Jon Abboud, and his wife, Bonnie Abboud, for our meetings. We very much
appreciate their generosity.
We all have hectic schedules and no one night can suit everyone. Even so, we ask you to
sacrifice a little time once a quarter to attend our meetings. Sometimes we have a lot to discuss,
but even if you can only stop in for a few minutes, please attend the next meeting.

From time to time, one of our members will sponsor a meeting in their home. These meetings
are generally well attended, so if you would like to sponsor a meeting, please contact us to
arrange a date. We'll publish the date in our newsletter, but in the event that we can't
publish an edition in time for the meeting, we will post a notice at the church with the
address of our host.
Haverford Township Commissioners meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month.
